1. Independent Service Provider (Third-Party)
Home Appliance Fixpert is an independent, third-party service center. We are a government-registered micro-business (UDYAM-TN-12-0115439) owned by B Shruthi.
We are not an authorized service center for any specific brand or manufacturer (such as Samsung, LG, Whirlpool, Sony, etc.).
Any use of brand names or trademarks on this website is for identification purposes only to indicate the types of appliances we are capable of repairing.
2. Service & Spare Parts Warranty
We provide our own independent warranty for all repairs:
Service Warranty: We provide a 45-day warranty on the specific labor/service performed.
Spare Parts Warranty: We provide a 180-day warranty on spare parts replaced by our technicians.
Limitations: This warranty only covers the specific part replaced or the specific fault repaired. It does not cover new faults, physical damage, power surges, or unauthorized tampering after our service.
3. Use of AI-Generated Content
To enhance user experience and provide clear visual aids, this website utilizes Gemini AI-generated images.
These images are used for illustrative and customer identification purposes only.
They are intended to represent general appliance types (AC, Fridge, TV, Washing Machine) and service scenarios.
Actual spare parts, tools, and technician uniforms may vary from the images shown on the website.
4. Spare Parts Policy
We strive to provide the best quality spare parts at low costs.
As an independent center, we source high-quality compatible or OEM-grade parts.
Customers are informed of the part costs before installation. Once installed and tested, parts are covered under our 180-day internal warranty.
5. Doorstep Service & Inspection Fee
We provide doorstep service across K.Pudur and Madurai.
A nominal inspection/visiting fee is applicable if the customer decides not to proceed with the repair after the technician has diagnosed the issue.
6. Limitation of Liability
Home Appliance Fixpert is not liable for:
Any pre-existing damage to the appliance.
Loss of data (in the case of smart TVs).
Food spoilage (in the case of refrigerators) due to repair delays or parts availability.
Voiding of the original manufacturer’s warranty (since we are a third-party service).
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Madurai, Tamil Nadu.
